Your service department is outstanding! The battery died on my wife's key fob and you replaced it immediately when she pulled in to your service bay. You had the opportunity to charge her a lot if money for a battery but instead you were respectable and charged her a modest fee. Thank you to the service team. I was impressed by the quality of service. In my experience of buying cars for the past 25 years, I finished ordering a BMW X5 in record time. I stated what I wanted, and Anthony showed what is in stock. I concluded to order the specific car. All together 45 min. The delivery also was completed in about 30 to 45 minutes, and that is another record for me. The sales representative, Anthony knew what was available, what could be arranged, and how soon. He provided prompt updates and that gave me continued assurance that he is on the job.

I’ve owned 2 MINI’s and will never own another. Mini of West Chester has had a history of saying I needed service and/or parts that were not due or needed. On 5/17 I called them out on this as they falsified a PA State Inspection trying to get me to pay $1800’out of pocket for an engine mount. Car is a CPO with a little over 64k miles on it. MINI of West Chester formlerly Otto's Mini has a fabulous and knowledgeable staff member in Michael Dixon. Three years ago our MINI was in a serious accident that sent the driver to the hosiptal and totalled the Mini. I contacted Michael one time and he took care of EVERYTHING. He checked in with my mom on her year long healing process, to ordering the new car. We did not have any stress or worries when it came to the process. Michael is one of the BEST!!!
Disappointing Experience with Car Inspection and Repair Service I am writing to share my recent experience with your dealership's car inspection and repair service, as I believe it's important to provide detailed feedback for improvement. Michael was fine as a salesperson, very helpful and efficient on this out-of-state purchase. He seemed a bit rushed when it came time for reviewing the vehicles functions and features though. I was impressed with the dealer's ability to process my state's taxes and licensing transfer... although there was a significant upcharge for the service. The primary hit on the ratings is due to the condition of the car on pickup. Apparently three-days' notice was not enough for the dealer to give the car a proper detailing. Anthony is the epitome of integrity and customer service. When considering the purchase of a new motor for my BMW, Anthony laid out the pros and cons to me and assured me an excellent experience. There was a minor hiccup in compatibility with some ancillary parts, for which Anthony quickly, professionally and cheerfully corrected. Later down the road, I experienced an issue at my local dealership who are not as professional and customer-centric as Anthony, and Anthony went above and beyond to help with this issue. I have purchased mini's through Otto's for many years. This is my first experience dealing with the new ownership. Everything went smoothly, particularly as I was dealing with Michael Dixon from whom I have purchased before.
There was some confusion when we went into the dealership and we sat waiting to be helped for about 30 minutes but Pete made up for that with great customer service! He made sure we were comfortable while he got our potential vehicle ready for us to test drive. The test drive route gave us a good opportunity to check the car out, how it handled, how it picked up and how comfortable it was on the road. He gave us all of our options clearly and made sure we were satisfied. All in all a very good experience.
